Information is used to respond to inquiries, review availability, prepare proposals, manage confirmed bookings, coordinate travel operations, publish secure itinerary or guest-portal links, and provide customer support.

Optional marketing consent is separate from account and booking processing and can be withdrawn at any time.

Travel, payment, communications and hosting providers may process the minimum information needed to provide the requested service. Information is retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, security evidence and required booking or financial records. Retention periods and exceptions are reviewed before any deletion is carried out.
Payments
Deposit payments are handled through a third-party payment processor redirection. Memory Heroes does not collect or store customer card data on this website.

Proposal, itinerary and guest booking-center pages may be accessed through private tokenized links. Customers should not share these links publicly.
