Nature of Services
Memory Heroes designs private travel experiences, DMC programs, itineraries and local arrangements in Porto, the Douro Valley and Northern Portugal. Services are tailored and subject to operational feasibility and supplier availability.
Requests and Proposals
Booking requests are not automatic confirmations. Proposals are valid until the stated date and may depend on supplier availability, weather, access restrictions and operational conditions.
Deposits and Payment Confirmation
A deposit may be requested through a hosted payment checkout. Internal payment confirmations are not certified fiscal invoices or legal tax receipts.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms must be finalized for each confirmed proposal or contract. Any refund tracking in the platform is internal and does not replace written commercial terms.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers and partners are responsible for sharing accurate guest counts, mobility constraints, timing limitations, dietary needs and other information needed to operate the experience safely and professionally.
